By accessing or using FarmSystem.com.au or any associated application (Breed, Graze), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Use of Services

FarmSystem tools are provided for farm management use by individuals and farming businesses. You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Use automated scraping or data extraction tools
• Resell or redistribute the services without written permission

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of farm data you enter into FarmSystem tools. By using the services, you grant FarmSystem a limited licence to store and process that data for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific farm operation. Farm management decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, FarmSystem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability in any matter will not exceed AUD $100.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, content and brand elements of FarmSystem are owned by FarmSystem and protected by Australian intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the site without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
