Commonly Asked Questions
At this stage, password resets need to be handled by your farm's account Owner, or by contacting us at support@grazeplanner.com.au. Self-service password reset is on our roadmap.
Yes! The farm Owner can add team members from Settings → Team. You can assign them as Supervisors (can plan and confirm grazing) or Viewers (read-only access).
Go to the Logs page, set your date range and herd filters, then click "Export CSV". The download will include all matching records with dates, paddocks, herds, and session information.
Yes. Email us at support@grazeplanner.com.au with your registered email address and we will permanently delete your account, farm, and all associated data within 5 business days.
No. Your farm data is completely private and is never shared, sold, or used for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
